ORDER AND SHIPPING POLICY

On placing an order with us, you’ll receive an email notification acknowledging receipt of your order. Orders are sent 3-5 days after payment has been received.

 

PAYMENT AND PRICING

Payment for orders made at our Online Store are accepted via Paypal and all major Credit and Debit Cards.

Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).  For customers whose method of payment is primarily in a currency other than GBP, orders will be subject to the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.

 

UK SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post and can take up to two days to arrive. A tracking number and guaranteed delivery date is not included.

Shipping costs are given on the item listing page and may vary according to the size of the item ordered.

Please ensure you enter an accurate delivery address when ordering. Postage paid on any orders which are returned to us due to errors in your shipping address will be invoiced to you (via Paypal) before the order can be re-shipped. 

Please look out for your postman or a "Something For You" card in case they attempt delivery while you're out. In this instance, you can collect your order from your local Delivery Office or alternatively visit the Royal Mail website to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard Airmail post and can take over 3 weeks to arrive. A tracking number and guaranteed delivery date is not included.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges, if applicable.

 

DELAYED OR LOST POST

Delayed and lost post is very rare but sometimes items can take a little longer to arrive than expected, especially at busy times of years, such as Christmas. Please ensure that you order in plenty of time, however, if your order is urgent, please contact joanna@adventuresandteaparties.co.uk and we will arrange for a faster delivery method, if possible and depending on order levels, at an additional cost.

If you think your item may be delayed or lost, please check if you have any undelivered mail waiting for you at your local Royal Mail Delivery Office by giving them a call and check with your neighbours who the parcel may have been left with. After you have checked these options and your parcel still cannot be located, please contact us at: joanna@adventuresandteaparties.co.uk for assistance.
