1, Green Hollow Lane, The Tree. 💚 On yesterday’s run, I spotted Mrs Parakeet feeding her family - a couple of mini ‘keets kept poking their heads out while more food was found for their hungry beaks 🍃 And just around the corner at 5, Green Hollow Lane, a Nuthatch was hurriedly dashing back and forth with morsels of food for its own growing brood 🐥 I’m hoping this lovely moment was a lucky sign of things to come...and that’ll I’ll manage the @vitalitylondon10k race with @lydianeedle @foreverycloud and @rosie_furzey in t-minus two weeks! 😬 It’s my first race for a charity and cause that doesn’t get nearly enough attention. Can the whizz kids at Instagram please invent Smellogram? This picture smells of invigorating spring freshness, with a delicate hint of floral sweetness. Breath deeply in through the nose, taking every essence of it with you...and slowly out through the mouth. Every bit of your being feels renewed, alive & refreshed. And if anyone asks what you’re doing. Tell them that you are getting a big old hit of spring and it feels oh so good; some even say better then a really good cup of tea but I’m not sure about that.
